This accessory provides a surface on which to glue a thick ring of foam.
The foam ring provides lateral hip control and also functions as a seat backstop by forming a snug, continuous "hip hugging" connection around the back of the paddler.
Similar to our slalom hip blocks, this accessory can be especially useful for those who prefer a very low seat as the hip hugger surface extends down 2-5/8" into about the back one third of the cockpit.
Our carbon hip huggers are only available with the purchase of a new C-1.
